What payment methods can I use?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. For more details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.

What should I do if m order arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email support@yxzstudios.com with:

– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage
– A short description of the issue

Where do I enter my discount?

You can enter your discount code at checkout. On the checkout page, look for the “Discount Code” box, type in your code, and click “Apply.” The discount will be reflected in your total. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us.
